Divinepharma Medicine Product Refund Policy

At Divinepharma, we take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously, especially when it comes to our medicine products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that you have a positive experience when shopping with us.

Eligibility for Refund

Customers are eligible for a refund if the medicine product:

  • is expired or near expiration
  • is damaged or tampered with
  • is different from the product ordered

In order to receive a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide evidence of the product’s defect or discrepancy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective items. If the medicine product is expired, damaged, tampered with or different from the product ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the criteria for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Exceptions

In the case of non-defective items, we do not accept returns or exchanges of medicine products that have been opened or used, and we do not accept returns or exchanges of perishable goods, such as medicine products.
